This course exists out of 4 sessions that follow a specific structure. Every session you will touch deeper into the heart of NVC. Discover how to deal with our own judgments, translate blame and criticism into basic human needs that lead to deeper connection. And by the end of the fourth meeting, you have the skills to have a full NVC dialogue.
Session 1: Okt 20 Radical honesty: Be honest beyond blame
You'll learn the basic structure of the NVC danceflore and apply it to situations from your own daily life. You will discover that behind every judgement lies a hidden deeper need.
Session 2: Okt 27 the art of Empathy: Understanding beyond judgement
Discover that every difficult action, harsh expression or cold response is a tragic expression of an unmet universal human need.
We learn to pause, listen deeply without taking responsibility or trying to fix things. Only then the space opens for deeper needs to arise.
Session 3: November 3: Self connection, sit down with our inner critic
In this session we dive deeper inwards, we slow our inner conflicts down by empathising with our inner critic and self judgements. Discover what these parts of you are trying to achieve or protect and see your inner strength and deepest needs.
Session 4: November 10: NVC dialogue, bring connection when separation is close
From now on you no longer have to hide or take in as an attempt to protect the relationship out of fear of being rejected. With the knowledge, insights and skills from the last 3 sessions you are ready to start a full NVC dialogue. You know how and when to shift between honesty and empathy and you know how to stay self connected when things get challenging. You are ready to celebrate life and reach deeper and more authentic connections with friends, family, colleagues and loved ones.
